Once
you've decided to sell your home, there are a
number of things which you can do
to help get the best
possible price in the shortest amount of time.
Some preparation tips include:
Exterior -

Keep lawn trimmed and edged. Pick up
debris, tools and lawn equipment.

Repair any broken fences and gates.

Wash down driveways and sidewalks.

Replace cracked windows and any torn
screens.

Make sure doorbell and front porch light
are in working order.
Interior -

Eliminate all clutter and start with a good
general cleaning from top to bottom.

walls.

Arrange furniture to make each room appear
more spacious and attractive.

Wash windows and sills.

Shampoo rugs and carpets. Floors should be
