listing to our company sales personnel for their waiting buyers.

Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.

Develop a listing of features and benefits
of your home for the cooperating agents to use with their prospective buyers.

Tour your home with my office.

Suggest and advise to you any changes that might make your home even more marketable.

Follow up with all sales people who have
showed your home for feedback on your property.
